The issuance register, verifiable on-chain.
Define an SFP, allocate it to holders, and mint a certificate NFT on Base, with a cap table, a certificate PDF, and a public verification page a bank officer can trust at first glance. The signed terms and the issuer's register remain the authoritative record; the certificate is its verifiable evidence.
From signed terms to verified certificate
A guided filing flow, the same way you would compile a bank filing, with a clear next action at every step.
Define the instrument
Name, share class, and the transfer policy your statute and terms define. The signed terms document is hashed and anchored.
Allocate to holders
Record each holder, their register-identifying wallet, and their units. Drafts without a wallet are legitimate register entries.
Mint the certificate
After KYC, one confirmation mints the certificate NFT on Base. Holders pay no transaction fees.
Anyone verifies
Every certificate has a public page that re-checks the chain, the content hash, and the terms hash. No account needed.
The certificate is proof. The register is the record.

The off-chain register
The legal instrument is constituted by your signed terms and the issuer's register, kept off-chain under your control. Identity data and private details never touch the chain.

The certificate on Base
Each allocation mints a certificate NFT whose transferability follows your instrument's policy (non-transferable by default). Its metadata commits to a content hash and the terms hash, so any change is detectable.
Verification re-checks the chain on every visit.
Verification without an account
Built for the person checking: a bank officer, an auditor, or a notary with nothing but the certificate's public link.
One public link per certificate
A verifier opens the certificate's public page and sees three explicit checks: the token exists on chain, the metadata matches its committed hash, and the on-chain terms hash matches the instrument's terms.
Checked against Base, not against our database
The checks are recomputed on every visit directly against the public chain. Every on-chain fact links to the public block explorer.
